Have you ever spent any time in r/BTC? The BCH social meeting place is called BTC. How much more evidence do you need that it's an attack? You should read the book "The Bitcoin Standard". It does a really good job explaining this.
I mean I agree (you can see any competitor as an attakcer) but to stick to the truth: the r/btc subreddit was founded before anyone talked about BCH just to not get censored by Theymos.... but since then a lot has changed. The malicious usage of the bitcoin (dot) com domain is a real problem!
It still doesn't matter that r/btc was founded before bch. They still use the btc name, and it is clearly a bch sub. The fact they didn't move to another sub clearly shows their intent of attack on Bitcoin.
