Testing shaders/effects in Unity

Is there still development on the game? Who is developing it?
We was able to go back to the original engine it used before. This was made back before we had the server files we have now, but for a time we did have a prototype running in Unity.
But yeah development is still ongoing, although we are more limited in what we can do compared to what is possible in Unity. I am the main one working on it, but I get a little help from the community from time to time.
Is the code open source? I'm assuming you are using .NET?
I've put up some of the settings files at https://github.com/ShanaCF/BrightShadowS but the files I have are already compiled, so I have had to use a hex editor to change some things.
I plan on open sourcing the Unity one if we ever end up going back to that one.
