The Ignore feature has just been rolled out:
If you ignore a group, you will no longer see posts from that group on the home page new or score views. You can still be a member of ignored groups (to receive alerts).
Specify deposit amount to deposit and get invoice.
This feature is being extended to being able to ignore users.
