Make LN withdraws by scanning QR codes directly from ZapRead!

You can now directly scan QR codes of LN invoices for withdraws from ZapRead.

It's much easier than copy/paste if you have a laptop + webcam and a wallet on your phone. Copy/Paste still works, but this is easier if it is working.
