I've been running regularly for years but terrible at it. My "wall" is 5k 30min that I can never consistently beat. Started focusing on hamstrings and I can't touch my toes while standing etc. Seems like a good place to start improving in. My question: are my hamstrings the culprit in preventing me from running better or is it a minor thing?

GdaĆsk! Nice city - I really enjoyed it when I visited there. I still remember the restaurant where I had a beer with some friends across from the train station :) I think it used to be a brewery at one time because there was a large vat where they used to make beer.
